There are many different diets thought to be the best one. Before the so called GI-method became popular, we were being told to avoid fat. Now with the GI-method, we are being told to avoid carbs. What's next? Avoiding proteins perhaps? To understand how we should eat, we must understand the nature of eating, and the nature of eating is that of a kind of sexuality. What is sexuality? Sexuality is the same as communication, and there are only two true genders; transmitter and reciever of information. Whenever there is an exchange of energy or matter, there is communication. When eating, there is a communication in the form of exchange of nutrition between the food and the physical body that consumes the food. Since eating is a kind of communication, it is also a kind of sexuality. All forms of sexuality/communication is an expression of love. In reality, there is no such thing as a sexual urge. The only urge in common with all living things is the urge to express love. When we make love to our fellow beings, we should do so with our heart, not with our reproduction organ. The same is true for eating. We should eat with our heart, not with our mouth or with our stomach. We should regard the eating not as a means of reducing the hunger or a means of pleasure. We should regard it as a means of expressing our love for the vibrational field of the physical bodies of the animals and plants that we consume. Since we should regard eating as a means of expressing one's love for the raw material, the living plant or animal, or the fruit thereof, we should only eat food that preserves the raw material, be it an animal or a plant, to the highest possible degree. Therefore we should eat a lot ofr
fruit and vegetables, since they can be eaten without preparing and thereby without
destroying the raw material. We should also eat oysters, mussels and prawns, which can be eaten more or less as they are, without any preparation. We should drink milk and eat eggs, but we should avoid butter and cheese, which is far from the rawmaterial, in this case the milk. We should eat meat, but only meat from wild animals such as deers and mooses, and not from domesticated animals. When we eat meat from wild animals, we should eat as large part of the animal as possible. Larger animals such as mooses and deers should therefore be avoided. Smaller animals such as slugs and snails are preferred.
We should avoid all chemicals and all substances that we would not eat alone. We should anly add substances in the food that are natural, and that we would eat alone, separately from the food.
